Quote requests drag
A homeowner asking for a quote usually contacts three companies. The first to answer properly takes the lead, whatever the price.
In a construction company, the person answering quote requests is the same one out on site all day. Sania works through the emails, prepares the quote files and tracks suppliers in the meantime.
In a construction business, Sania automates the administrative side, not the technical one. It works through incoming requests and identifies what is missing before a quote can be produced, prepares the quote file from the available information and your own rates, files supplier emails under the relevant site, drafts follow-ups when a quote goes unanswered and organises appointments. Final pricing, technical feasibility, site safety and regulatory compliance stay human decisions: Sania does not substitute itself for them.
The owner of a building company spends the day on site. The requests arrive during that time — and go cold.
A homeowner asking for a quote usually contacts three companies. The first to answer properly takes the lead, whatever the price.
Area, access, desired timing, condition of the existing structure: something is almost always missing before you can price. Asking costs another round trip.
Order confirmations, delivery dates, technical questions: these messages have to be filed under the right site to be of any use.
A quote nobody comes back to is a job abandoned by default. Chasing needs a discipline nobody has time to keep.
Sania does not price for you. It does everything that comes before pricing — which is where most of the time goes.
Type of work, location, timing mentioned: Sania extracts what the request contains and structures it.
What prevents pricing is listed explicitly instead of assumed, and can trigger a follow-up email.
The file is built from your line items and your prices. No amount is invented to fill a gap.
The manager checks, adjusts quantities and price, then approves the send.
A supplier sends an order confirmation or announces a delivery delay. Sania files the message under the relevant site where the available data allows it, prepares the follow-up and flags anything with an impact on the schedule. Anything requiring a judgement — accepting a delay, switching supplier — comes back to you. See quote creation.
The point that matters in this trade: access from the field, without opening a computer.
Check what is waiting and approve a send from your phone, between two sites.
All integrations →Gmail, Outlook or IMAP: client, supplier and subcontractor messages all pass through it.
The assistant on email →Documents prepared in your format, exported as PDF, with due-date tracking and payment reminders.
Quotes and invoicing →A CRM or a Notion / Airtable base keeps the status of every request and every site.
Sales follow-ups →Construction is a trade where mistakes have physical and legal consequences. The assistant's scope stops at admin.
Site safety, worker protection, risk assessment: Sania plays no part in any of it and produces no document relating to it.
Sizing, structure, technical measurement: these come from your tools and your teams, never from an assistant's estimate.
Sania gives no opinion on a permit, a standard or a requirement. A question of that kind goes to a person.
A line item with no known rate is flagged as to be confirmed. The assistant never infers an amount to complete a quote.
Confirming a start date or a site duration commits the company. That confirmation stays yours.
No. It prepares the file: type of work, available information, relevant line items and your stored rates. Final pricing stays with the manager, because it depends on site access, the condition of the existing structure and the company's workload — things an assistant cannot assess.
Yes. Beyond the browser, Sania is reachable through Telegram, so you can see what is waiting and approve a send from your phone. That is often the condition for a company owner to use it at all.
No, deliberately. Safety, regulatory compliance and technical decisions are outside the assistant's scope. Sania works on emails, quotes, supplier tracking and follow-ups — the admin, not the trade.
That is not a blocker. Tracking can stay in the inbox, or rest on a simple Notion or Airtable base set up during onboarding. We do not make getting started conditional on buying more software.
It uses the sender, order references and the history of exchanges. When the available data does not settle it, it says so rather than filing at random: a message filed under the wrong site is worse than one left unfiled.
Onboarding covers connecting the inbox, recording your line items and rates, and defining the approval rules. It is a guided process and the 7-day trial is designed to cover it.
