1. Data controller
M-Heberge Avon, c/o openest coworking SA, Chemin de Riantbosson 19, 1217 Meyrin, Switzerland — contact@swissagentnetwork.com. For data we process on behalf of the Client (see §7), the Client is the controller and we act as processor (see our Data Processing Agreement).

We do not use your Client Content to train AI models for purposes unrelated to you.
4. Processors and recipients
We use providers (“processors”) that process data on our behalf, strictly for the purpose of delivering the Service:
| Provider | Role | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Database, authentication, storage | Ireland (EU) |
| Infomaniak | Sovereign AI models, transcription, embeddings | Switzerland |

We do not sell your data. It is disclosed to authorities only where the law requires it.
5. Transfers outside Switzerland / the EU
Our data is primarily hosted in Switzerland and the European Union. Some processors are however located in the United States. Depending on the provider, these transfers rely on:
- the Swiss–US Data Privacy Framework (and EU–US), recognised by the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) since 15 September 2024, where the provider is certified; and/or
- the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) recognised by the FDPIC and the European Commission, supplemented where necessary by additional technical and organisational measures.
These safeguards aim to ensure an adequate level of protection despite the transfer.
6. Retention
We retain account data for the duration of the contractual relationship, then for as long as necessary to meet our legal obligations (in particular accounting records, up to 10 years). Client Content is retained for as long as needed to provide the Service and deleted or returned at the end of the contract in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement. Technical logs have a limited retention period.
7. Client Content and processor role
When you entrust the Agent with data concerning third parties (e.g. your own clients, contacts or correspondents), you remain the controller of that data and you warrant that you have the necessary legal bases. We then act as processor, under our Data Processing Agreement.
8. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures: encryption in transit and at rest, access control, per-client segregation, logging and monitoring. Integration secrets are encrypted.
9. Your rights
Under the nFADP and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. You may exercise them at contact@swissagentnetwork.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the FDPIC in Switzerland or, in the EU, with your supervisory authority.
10. Cookies and audience measurement
The Service uses strictly necessary cookies (session, security). Any non-essential audience measurement is deployed only with your consent, which is revocable at any time.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. Substantial changes will be communicated to you. The version in force is the one published on this page.
12. Contact
For any question regarding your data: contact@swissagentnetwork.com.
