Freelancers & business owners
Admin waits until the evening, because there is nobody else to do it.
- Incoming requests handled during the day
- Quotes prepared from your rates
- Follow-ups kept without thinking about them
The admin of an estate agency has nothing in common with that of an architecture practice or a construction company. Sania connects to your tools and prepares the work according to how your business actually runs.
Sania is an AI assistant connected to a Swiss company's tools — mailbox, calendar, CRM, documents — that prepares administrative work and submits it for approval. What it prepares changes with the trade: quote files and supplier tracking in construction, lead replies and CRM follow-up in real estate, coordination by commission in an architecture practice, sales follow-up for a consultant, and handling of incoming requests for a freelancer. What never changes: Sania prepares, the user approves, and nothing is sent without that action.
Each page describes the real flow of the trade, the tools involved and what Sania does not do — because the limits matter as much as the functions.
Admin waits until the evening, because there is nobody else to do it.
Several commissions at once, and as many email threads to file under the right project.
The manager is on site when the quote requests come in.
Leads arrive in bursts and go cold within hours.
Every hour of admin is an hour that is not billed.
This page has been online longer and follows a shorter format. It will be brought up to the same level of detail in a future iteration.
A volume of documents and client exchanges that peaks at the same times every year.
It is the one rule that never changes between verticals, and it is what separates a connected assistant from generative AI in a browser tab.
Sania reads your mailbox, your calendar and your CRM. It does not need the context re-explained each time.
Your templates, your rates, your tone and your rules are agreed at onboarding, trade by trade.
It produces a draft action — reply, quote, follow-up, update — and stops there.
Sending is something you do. No message goes out in your company's name without approval.
These five pages describe trades we know well. The way Sania works is not reserved for them.
Requests arriving by email, a calendar to keep, documents to prepare and follow-ups to maintain. If your business looks like that, it works the same way.
Your templates, your approval rules and your exclusions are defined with you, whatever the sector.
Our integration method →When a flow fits no existing service, it is handled as custom development rather than as a promise.
Custom agents →Accounting firms are already documented. Garages, insurance and HR will follow depending on demand.
The product is the same; what changes is the setup. Document templates, vocabulary, approval rules and exclusions are defined at onboarding according to your business. An architecture practice and an estate agency use the same services on different flows.
No. These five pages describe trades we know well, not a list of permitted sectors. If your business runs on email requests, a calendar to keep and documents to prepare, it works identically. Scoping is done with you in every case.
Not by default, in any trade. Preparation is automatic, sending is an action you take from an approval inbox. Some low-stakes sends can be automated if you explicitly decide so.
A business mailbox is enough to begin. Calendar, CRM and document storage are added according to your activity. Sania connects to Gmail, Outlook and IMAP, to Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar, and to HubSpot, Pipedrive, Notion and Airtable. We require no additional software purchase.
The price depends on the services enabled, not on the sector: Starter at CHF 99, Business at CHF 249 and Scale at CHF 590 per month. A freelancer usually starts on Starter, an agency or a practice on Business. The 7-day trial lets you measure on your own flows.
