Publisher of the Service, status, hosting and intellectual property.
1. Publisher of the Service
The Swiss Agent Network service (“the Service”) is published by:
- M-Heberge Avon, sole proprietorship under Swiss law
- Owner: Ethan Avon
- Status: self-employed, recognised by the Geneva cantonal compensation office (OCAS)

As a sole proprietorship not entered in the commercial register, M-Heberge Avon is not required to be listed there; the business operates under the name and responsibility of its owner.
2. VAT status
M-Heberge Avon is not liable for value added tax (VAT), as its turnover is below the legal registration threshold of CHF 100,000 per year (art. 10 para. 2 let. a of the Swiss VAT Act). Accordingly, the prices shown do not include VAT and no VAT is charged.
3. Publication director
Ethan Avon, owner of the sole proprietorship M-Heberge Avon.
4. Hosting
The application is hosted by M-Heberge (M-Heberge.com), on a server located in France. The database and file storage are operated via Supabase, in the eu-west-1 region (Ireland, European Union). The showcase site (swissagentnetwork.ch) is hosted by Ligne Web Services (LWS). Technical processors handling personal data are detailed in our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
All elements of the Service (the “Swiss Agent Network” brand, logo, interface, texts, code) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of M-Heberge Avon, unless stated otherwise. Any unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.
