2. Data processed and purposes

When you contact Swiss Agent Network, we process your name, your email address, your company if you indicate it and the content of your message. The host may also process technical data necessary for the operation and security of the site, such as IP address, browser and connection logs.

These data are only used to respond to your request, ensure the security of the site and comply with legal obligations. The showcase site does not offer account creation, subscription or payment.

3. Future Sania application

Sania is the personal assistant in preparation by Swiss Agent Network. The future application plans to use OpenAI, Claude, Perplexity, Supabase and Stripe. These services do not receive any data sent by a visitor from the current showcase site.

The contractual conditions and data protection information of the application will be published before its commercial opening.

4. Recipients

The data received from the site is accessible to Ethan Avon and, when necessary for the operation of the site, to LWS (Ligne Web Services), its host. No contact data is sold or transmitted for prospecting purposes by third parties.

5. Conservation and security

Messages and contact details sent via the site are kept for a maximum of seven days, then deleted. Reasonable security measures are applied to limit unauthorized access and protect the site against abuse.

6. Your rights

You can request access to your personal data, their rectification or deletion by writing tocontact@swissagentnetwork.com. You can also contact the competent data protection authority.

7. Audience measurement and choice

The site uses Google Analytics 4 (propertyG-36FQ1E0R3H) only after your explicit choice to accept audience measurement. Before this choice, the site configures Google Consent Mode with the analytical and advertising storage refused. Refusal does not affect access to the site and the “Cookies” button allows you to modify this choice.

Measurement events are limited to pages viewed and interactions useful for improving the site. No free content entered into a form is voluntarily transmitted to Google Analytics.

8. Modifications and language

This policy may change upon the opening of Sania or a modification of the site's services. The French version is authentic.
