Conditions of use
The rules for accessing and using the Swiss Agent Network showcase site.
1. Purpose
These conditions govern the use of the showcase site swissagentnetwork.ch, published by Ethan Avon for the Swiss Agent Network project. They apply to any person who consults the site or makes contact through it.
2. Access to the site
The site is accessible free of charge, subject to interruptions necessary for its maintenance, security or development. The user must use suitable equipment and connection and refrain from any action likely to disrupt, circumvent or compromise the operation of the site.
3. Published information
The site presents Swiss Agent Network and the Sania project for information purposes. Descriptions, features, integrations and visuals may change before launch. They do not constitute a contractual offer, a promise of availability or legal, tax, medical, financial or professional advice.
4. Sania coming
Sania is a future personal assistant for professionals. No access to the application, no subscription and no payment are currently offered on the showcase site. The contractual conditions, prices, credit rules, data processing and subcontracting contract applicable to Sania will be published before its commercial opening.
When available, Sania will remain an assistance tool: its proposals must be verified before any sensitive decision or action.
5. Intellectual property
The contents of the site, in particular the texts, visuals, logos, brands, demonstrations and interface elements, are protected. They belong to Ethan Avon, the Swiss Agent Network project or their licensors. Any reproduction, adaptation or exploitation without prior authorization is prohibited, subject to the exceptions provided for by law.
6. Liability
The information published is provided in good faith and is subject to change without notice. Ethan Avon strives to keep it accurate, but does not guarantee that it is complete, up-to-date or error-free. External links are provided for ease of navigation; their content and availability are the responsibility of their respective publishers.
